At GlowDrops, we’re dedicated to ensuring your beauty essentials arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries only:

🇬🇧 United Kingdom
🇨🇦 Canada
🇳🇿 New Zealand

We do not currently ship to other international destinations.

3. Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier delays, or peak holiday periods.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
You can follow your shipment directly via our Order Tracking page or your local courier’s website.

5. Customs & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country.
GlowDrops does not cover or reimburse these fees.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:

• First, check your tracking link for updates.

• If there is no movement after 20 business days, contact us at GlowDrops.co@gmail.com and we’ll investigate or resend your order.

7. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
GlowDrops cannot refund or replace orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Order Modifications or Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of being placed.
Once processed, your order enters fulfillment and can no longer be modified.
